Issue with PCC Facility Integrated Patients (Something went wrong)

We wanted to provide an update on the issue affecting our integration with PCC. We have identified a potential cause and continue toward resolution.
Attention:
We want to make you aware of an issue affecting our integration with PointClickCare (PCC). Some data coming from PCC is currently triggering an error, which is preventing a portion of patient information from reaching our server.
We have reported the issue to PCC and are actively working with their team toward a resolution. Because the error only affects a subset of data, we have kept the integration running so that you can continue to access everything else without interruption. You may, however, continue to see this error on patient charts until the underlying issue is fixed.
We understand how disruptive this can be to your workflows, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we work through it. Resolving this is a top priority, and we will share updates as soon as we have more information.
