Release Highlights 

• ICD Specificity Enhancements: Advanced searching for ICD Codes allowing users to drill down into ICD10 Codes. 

• Clinical Efficiency with Encounters: Updated our encounter module to allow and show multiple users at once, also added function to open next encounter when signing an encounter from the clinical dashboard. (Sign and encounter and the next encounter will automatically be presented)

• Patient Insurance view: PacEHR will now show the insurance from the Revenue Cycle Management system on three screens. The patient census screen, the patient chart screen, and the details under the patient editor from the practice management system. These data points are from the RCM system are read-only at this time.

• Care Management Updates: Added Favorites to Activities by user (MA/Care Team Members), updated sorting functions (including moving other to the bottom of the list), Added a report to show activity by Care Team member, and updated the dashboard to provide better workflow for large patient management.

• Value Based Care Enhancements (ACO): New Assessments for easily capturing PHQ-9, PHQ-2 and other assessments for ACO Patients
