PacEHR Known Issue & October 13th Patch

MatrixCare Known Issue -

We are aware of a current issue related to Matrix Care integrated facilities - Medications and Vitals are not being pulled into the encounters. We are actively investigating a resolution for this issue and will provide updates as they become available.

The PacEHR application has a planned downtime on Sunday October 13th between the hours 3am and 6am Eastern Standard Time

The PacEHR application will be offline during this time.
