PacEHR November 17th Release

Welcome to the November release of the PacEHR application filled with Enhancements, New Features, and Bug Fixes.

Enhancements:

Listed below are the enhancements to the PacEHR application to support current functionality and workflows.

Addendum

• Added - Ability to change - the Place of Service and Visit Type

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Added - Ability Calculate CPTs and provide Justification for the selection

• Added - Ability to identify New and Existing ICD codes based upon content of note

• Added - Ability to schedule Follow Up visit based upon the content of the note

Assessments

• Added - New button to fill all 'Zero answers' for assessments.

Launch Notes

• Added - Auto Pop Up - When new notes are added by PacEHR admin

Long Term Care Scheduler

• Added - Location - in LTC Scheduler export

• Added - Patient Count and Room/Floor

Problem Lists

• Added - Test "Updated Powered by IMO" in IMO Search Fields

• Added - Highlight for Problems not billed for in past calendar year

  • Flags problems in this calendar year that have not been billed for.

  • Displays in both the provider record and the encounter

Reports

• Added – Date of Service – to the Quality Assurance Report

• Added – Place of Service - to the Daysheet Report

• Added - Patient ID and Facility Name - to the Assessment Report

Room and Floor

• Added - Room / Floor to Scheduled Visits in Dashboard

Tagging

• Added - Role based ability to create, edit and delete tags.

  • ACO participants will be contacted by PacEHR admins to assist with tagging configuration to support ACO specific patients.

New Features:

Listed below are the New Features added to the PacEHR application.

PacEHR App iOS

• New - PacEHR iOS application available this week from the Apple Store.

Lab Results

• New - Ability to add Labs from the Encounter (Similar to Medications and Allergies)

Reports

• New – Unsigned Report  - Displays users / locations for unsigned notes

• New – ACO Report - Displays the ACO measures gap report

Bug Fixes:

Listed below are the Bugs fixed since our last release of the PacEHR application.

• MatrixCare Integration: Updates have been resolved. All patients are now updated each day.

• PCC Integration: Room and Floor number refresh when opening a patient screen now.
