PacEHR Patch Release 3/23/2025

PacEHR will be offline this coming Sunday for an estimated 3 hours from 3am to 6am (eastern time).

Additionally, we will be performing a database optimization task from 6am to 8am, where you might see some slowness.

Areas being addressed during the Patch:

• Medical Director Logging: Fixed formatting issues on PDF documents on Export

• MatrixCare Medications: Fixed issue for importing medications (Medications imported would show as active even after discontinued)

• Communication modules: Fixed various
