Patch Release: 5/11/2025

The system will be offline during the update from 3am to 6am (est) on the 11th of May.

We are addressing two issues and preparing for our next release on June 1st.

• Nuance Microphone issues when adding history data to an ICD Code Assessment and Plan section

• Allowing the system to 'ignore' fields on the encounter system when sending encounter notes to the facility system.

Many enhancements for the June 1st release including:

• Tasking System: In addition to scheduling encounter visits, you can now add a task to to the calendar (Example: Review Medications for Jon Smith)

• AI - Artificial Intelligence Improvements

  • Encounters documentation automation and ICD / CPT Selection

  • Auto populate Facility Data and previous encounter data when utilizing Rounding notes and the AI platform

  • Catch Me Up Screen : Show all activity for a specific patient for a given period of time

• Faxing Platform

• Full Business Phone system: VOIP Phone system to allow incoming and outgoing calls, voicemails, contacts.

• TeleHealth Platform for Video Calling system while you are charting inside PacEHR.
