Patch Release 7/20 (3am-6am est)

The PacEHR application will be updated this coming weekend on Sunday the 20th from 3am and 6am eastern.

The following updates will be done during the maintenance window:

MIPS Quality Measures can now me managed by Provider

Allowing for the group to participate in 6+ measures and the linking the appropriate measures to each provider

MIP Measure Updates

Added Measure 291 (Assessment of Cognitive Impairment or Dysfunction for Patients with Dementia)

Fixed several Measures that have multiple options including 226 and 431

• 226: Tobacco Use: Screening and Cessation Intervention

• 431: Preventive Care and Screening: Unhealthy Alcohol Use: Screening & Brief Counseling

Visit Type Issue resolved: Some clients were able to create encounters without a selected Visit Type. This is now a required field in the application.
