Patch update Sept 14th (5am eastern)

There is a patch release planned for the morning of the 14th from 5am to 6am eastern time.

The patch will include several updates:

• Point Click Care Vital Signs issue has been fixed.

• MatrixCare HL7 system has been updated to fix remaining issues with incoming new patients.

• Macros have been fixed to allow 'enter' key to select the model.

• Vital Signs Charts have been updated. We expect another update to this in the coming month.

• Medication list has been fixed to show changes in the directions.

• EAA CPT Weighting issues have been fixed.

Known Current Issues:

• Insurance updates for Patients connected to PointClickCare

  • We have identified the issue and working to resolve this asap.

• Unable to find new patients in eFaxing system.

Mobile Platform update:

We are experiencing a few issues with our recent update on older iPad and iPhone devices. These issues impact anyone on an iOS version 16 or older (~6 years old). While we officially only support v18+, we have identified the issues have updated PacEHR with Apple. This update should be available next week.
