Q3 Patch update Sept 3rd (5am eastern)

There is a patch release planned for the morning of 9/3 from 5am to 6am eastern time.

The patch will include several updates to address a few issues:

• Allowing CPT2 (G-Codes, etc) codes in the new CPT Grouping function

• Patient Room/Floor was not refreshing correctly on patient load

• Referral Screen refresh (Data is being saved, but the screen was not refreshing to show the result)

• Discharging Patients (Inactivating) was not being allowed for some patients

• Advanced Encounters Fix (Some drop down boxes were not working properly inside the encounter screen)

• Phone and Video System fixed (Some users experienced issues with the phone and telehealth platform after the update)

Known Current Issues:

• PCC Vital Signs are not currently working. We have escalated the issue to Point Click Care and will update in the next day (#NOTE# The issue is not related to the recent update)

• ACO Measure Data (eCQM Measures) will be populated in the next 24 hours. This (Backend) update is large and must be run after hours.

Known Incorrect Version Issues: (If you experience this, please contact support and they will assist you immediately)

• DrFirst is not opening and reporting an invalid user-id

• Encounter Notes are not being pushed to the facility automatically (The data is safe, but it is not going to PCC / Matrix without intervention from Support)

• Attachments and Encounters do not show on the screen (It will show as a blank file, but the data is safe)
