Speech Recognition Update

We are pleased to announce an important update to the Dragon Medical SpeechKit (Browser edition) that will enhance the overall performance and reliability of our service. As part of our ongoing commitment to deliver the best possible user experience, we are introducing a new control mechanism for the caching of the Browser. 

This update ensures that the browser will no longer cache the script, thereby addressing and resolving issues related to partial caching on user machines. This change effectively eliminates version mismatches in our libraries, which have previously caused disruptions in the use of our services.

This change is scheduled to take place on 19th December 2024 and will be applicable across all geographies.
